WHAT UNIT ARE WE IN?
We are in our final week of the Strength Training Unit. You will finish the unit on Thursday with an in class test. The test will include information about specific stations that you did, vocabulary and terminology. Study the handouts that were given to as well as the Strength Training Page. I am hoping to put together a quick study guide for you this week to help you prepare.

WHAT IS OUR RUN THIS WEEK?
This week will be the Pacer Relay. To read about the Pacer Relay, click HERE. This run will require you to fill out a graph but not an online log.
WHAT FITNESS ACTIVITY ARE WE DOING THIS WEEK?
We will be in the Rock Wall doing a 20 Station Fitness Circuit. The Circuit will combine Muscular Strength/Endurance, Flexibilty and Cardiovascular activities.
Note: If you miss any fitness days, you need to complete the Fitness Day make up assignment found on the Make Up Page.
DID YOU FILL OUT YOUR E-RUN LOG?

I have an Extra Credit Page that always has different types of Extra Credit assignments you can choose from. I would love some Fitness Mixes. Make me some good CD's to use on your Run and Fitness Days. Read about the assignment guidelines on the extra credit page.
ARTICLE OF THE WEEK (AOW)
Check out this article on Sportsmanship. Being a good person on and off the court as well as a good team player is vital to being successful in life. This article gives some good pointers. Remember, there is an Extra Credit assignment you can do for every AOW which can be found on the Extra Credit Page.
