This week's article is titled, "Nutrients for a healthy heart" As some of you may know, heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. This article talks about the nutrients that are good for your heart as well as some that are pretty bad. Check it out and learn something. Complete the extra assignment and you will have the chance to explain. I have a good extra credit assignment related to your AOW, check it out HERE.
