8th Graders,
WEEK RECAP...Monday and Tuesday we were able to get High Jump in. On Wednesday, we did the 4x400 (Mile) Relay as our run day. Thursday, we did Shot Put and a little Triple Jump. Friday was a first ever 5 course Agility course which I am planning to do again with some modifications.

I have an Extra Credit Page that always has different types of Extra Credit assignments you can choose from. I would love some Fitness Mixes. Make me some good CD's to use on your Run and Fitness Days. Read about the assignment guidelines on the extra credit page. I also added that if you choose to comment on the weekly blogs by stating that you read it, give your name, period and roll call, I will give you 2 extra credit points each week.
