WHAT UNIT ARE WE IN?
We are in the final 2 days of Flag Rugby. Monday is the 4 team semifinal playoff games. Every team has made the playoffs. The Number #1 seed will play the #4 seed for one game and the #2 seed will play the #3 seed. To see all playoff matchups, standings, total points, etc., click HERE.
I have made a change to the units for the semester. We were scheduled for Pickleball next, however, I am changing the unit to Lacrosse. We will remain on the track field. I plan to make a Lacrosse webpage much like the Flag Rugby page.

We DO NOT have a fitness activity this week.
SPORTFOLIO CHECK
I have graded 1st and 6th period Sportfolios and have entered the scores (out of 50) into Pinnacle. Please check your grades. If you have questions, come and see me. I will be collecting 7th Period Sportfolios on Monday, 11/23. They were not collected because of the rain.
If you are in 7th period and have lost your checklist, please click HERE and print it out. Make sure that it is in the side pocket of your sportfolio when you turn it in.
DID YOU FILL OUT YOUR E-LOGS?
e-Run Log: Yes, you need to fill it out for the Pacer Relay. Please put in 80 laps (not 160), due 11/25.
e-Fitness Log: Yes, you need to fill out for the Weight Room, due 11/26.
