8th Graders,
Week 2 already. Please check your grades in Pinnacle and either send me an email or come by my office to see me. I have to make all changes to the Pinnacle by 3 pm on Monday. I have spent quite a bit of time on grades and they should be pretty accurate.

WHAT UNIT ARE WE IN?
We are continuing with our final week of Yoga. We will actually do Yoga on Friday as well as our Fitness Day since I am scheduled for the Multi Use room. Please check out the Yoga Page. I have uploaded the Sun Salutation iMovie of myself. Learn and practice the Strength Salutation as well as practice the one we learned in class, the Warm-Up and Cool-Down Sun Salute.
WHAT UNIT ARE WE STARTING NEXT?
After the short Yoga Unit, we will begin a longer Ultimate Frisbee unit. I hope to have a webpage made for the unit sometime soon.
WHAT IS OUR RUN THIS WEEK?
You will be doing the Pedometer Run. It has been a long time. Remember, your goal is rack up as many steps in 20 minutes as possible. You WILL be required to fill out an e-Pedometer Run log after completing this run.
WHAT FITNESS ACTIVITY ARE WE DOING THIS WEEK?
Our Fitness Day is to be determined. I am not sure what facility I will have yet.
DID YOU FILL OUT YOUR E-LOGS?
e-Run Log: You DO NOT need to fill out your e-Run log for the Partner Pacer.
e-Fitness Log: You can do an extra credit e-Fitness Log for the INSIDE/OUT fitness circuit in the gym. The log is worth 2 points.
IS HOMEWORK ASSIGNED THIS WEEK?
No, you have the week off from any homework being assigned.
ARE THERE ANY ASSIGNMENTS DUE THIS WEEK?
No, you DO NOT have any assignments due this week. If you did not get your Yoga Handouts printed out and put behind Tab #2 (Unit Materials) please do so for Monday. We will be answering some more journal questions.
