I hope to send out a more formal blog later, but, just in case I don't have the time (busy weekend), here are some key points.
However, I wanted to send you a few key reminders for the week:
1. I posted the Fitness Plan Reflection Assignment (Phase 4) and it is due tomorrow at roll call. I You can find the assignment at this LINK. Just scroll down to the Phase 4- Reflection On Your Experience section. This assignment MUST BE typed.
2. On Friday, your WOW sheet is due and you will have a quiz. Please go to this PAGE to check all of your 4 quarter words as well as fill out your WOW template.
3. I am almost finished grading all Fitness Plans. I will hand them back on Tuesday.
4. This week will be a make up 2 mile run for those that missed last week. I am not sure what day, but, I will announce tomorrow.
5. We will be in the weight room this week. You DO NOT have to print anything out for these final days.
